We Go ECO - GreenSmart Review and Giveaway

Do you see that super sexy water bottle up there in that picture? Take a look. Do you see it? That is my Innate Vite Plus V2 water bottle. My favorite water bottle out of all the ones I've tried. But let's not talk about the bottle now, you can read my Innate review for that! Let's talk about what it's wearing... Oh it's so sexy! That was my first thought when I slipped the GreenSmart Neogreene Bottle Tote onto my water bottle. It fits so snug and holds my water bottle well. The elastic across the slit makes it very adjustable and able to grip many bottles well. And the Neogreene keeps my water colder longer and that is important in the summer!

It also has a carabineer so that you can easily hang your water bottle from anything, perhaps a luggage bag, backpack, even a purse. In fact I did just that last night. I came home from grocery shopping and had my hands full of reusable bags. I did not want to make an extra trip down to the car for my water bottle since it was hot and we live upstairs. So I clipped the bottle onto my purse and up I went! It will also come in handy when I need to carry one of my children, I just clip it onto my purse. I never want to be too far away from my water bottle it's practically attached to me. Yours should be too that way you will never find yourself in the situation of contemplating buying those nasty plastic bottles. Yuck!

Do you love the feel of neoprene, squishy and smooth with a little bit of stretch? That is what neogreene is, without any of the toxins. Ever smell neoprene? It stinks like chemicals, right? That is the VOCs (like paint) from the solvents used to glue the fabrics to the synthetic rubber. The 1930s technology that created polychloroprene (the generic term) made for a material that was almost impervious to other aggressive chemicals. That makes it wonderful for industrial applications like gaskets (what is a gasket?).

But, it meant only the most aggressive of glues could hold a textile to the exterior. These solvent adhesives contain all kinds of potentially harmful chemicals depending on the supplier; from toluene to formaldehyde.

GreenSmart has abandoned the chloroprene chemistry of neoprene entirely and developed a material with all the attributes without the hazards, We call it neogreene. It is water based chemistry that allows for water based adhesives that still provides the squishy and smooth material with a little bit of stretch.

Specific to all neoprene, neogreene uses 25% less electricity and 25% less petroleum to produce? And the stink? With neogreene, that is gone for good.

Neogreene does not stink, there is no scent whatsoever! And here is something else you should know...
